My insurance company says you are not one of their shops and that there will be no Warranty if choose you for repairs?
We have a Lifetime Warranty on our repairs regardless of what insurance provider you are with and it is your right to have your repair
How do I get the Rental vehicle?
When you make your repair appointment we arrange all aspects of the repair process for you to make the repair process as easy and convenient for you as possible. When the repairs are complete you can return the rental to us and we will arrange for Enterprise Rent-a-Car to pick-up
Will my car be the same after the repairs are completed?
We restore your car back to pre-accident condition using OEM procedures and parts. Your vehicle will be the same as it was before the accident. We have performed repairs reaching over $20,000 in damages with no warranty concerns
Does my Car get Cleaned after the repairs are completed?
We include a Bronze Detail package with all Collision Repairs, Which can be upgrade to a Gold or Silver at a discounted rate.
Are there any special considerations after the paint work?
Even though we bake our paint to speed the curing, we recommend you do not go to a car wash or use a brush on the fresh paint for a minimum of 2 weeks as fresh paint is still sensitive
Do I have to pay my insurance Deductible up front?
No, you we only require payment of the deductible when the repairs have been completed
